Responsible for hiring, budgeting, inventory, compliance, and overall performance

Supports the general manager in day-to-day operations

Helps with scheduling, inventory, and team training

Prepares ingredients in advance (cutting, marinating, portioning)

Restocks stations

Cleans dishes, utensils, and kitchen areas

Takes out trash and maintains cleanliness

Prepares chicken (grilled or fried)

Preps sides and assembles orders

Takes orders (in person, kiosk, or drive-thru)

Handles payments

Assists with customer questions or complaints

May run food to tables or help with cleaning
